What the service may be used for
The Service is designed for personal documentation and supporting use in appropriate contexts.
- Personal affirmation and self-identification documentation
- Supporting documentation for private organisations, where accepted
- Personal records and reference purposes
- Situations where organisations operate under internal policy rather than government mandate
- Use alongside — but not as a replacement for — official legal processes where applicable
Acceptance of documentation is always at the discretion of the receiving organisation.
What the service must not be used for
To protect users and third parties, certain uses are strictly prohibited.
- Impersonating another person or creating documents for someone without their consent
- Providing false, misleading, or deliberately inaccurate personal information
- Using the Service to commit fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
- Presenting certificates as government-issued, legally binding, or officially mandated documents

Government and legal processes
The Service must not be used to falsely claim official legal recognition. Certificates issued through this Service are not government-issued documents.
You must not represent the certificate or registry entry as:
- A substitute for legal gender recognition
- An official civil status change
- A court order, statutory declaration, or government record
- Automatically accepted by public authorities
Your responsibility as a user
You are solely responsible for:
- How you use any documents or services provided
- Ensuring your use complies with local laws and regulations
- Confirming acceptance with any organisation before relying on documentation
- The accuracy of information you provide during your application
We do not monitor or control how third parties respond to documentation.
What happens if this policy is breached
We reserve the right to take appropriate action if this Policy is violated, including:
- Suspending or terminating access to the Service
- Refusing to issue or reissue documents
- Removing registry access
- Reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law
Enforcement decisions are made at our sole discretion and may be taken without prior notice.
