Certificates, registry entries and deed polls are created specifically for the individual named on the order. Once processing begins, they cannot be withdrawn, returned, or reissued to someone else.
What this means in practice
- No “change of mind” refunds once your application has been submitted and processing has started
- Digital documents and registry activation are non-returnable once supplied
- Printed documents are bespoke and cannot be resold or reused
- This applies equally to all certificate types (GRC, Preferred Name, Chosen Family)
- If we make an error, we will correct it and reissue your documents at no additional cost
